Throughout her career, LaToya has served in multiple healthcare roles and earned certifications across several areas of the industry. These experiences have given her a well-rounded understanding of client care, caregiver responsibilities, healthcare operations, and the importance of treating every person with dignity, patience, and respect.

LaToya further developed her professional knowledge through studies at Brookstine College of Business, the University of Phoenix, and ECPI School of Nursing. Her combined education and hands-on healthcare experience helped shape her vision for an agency where clients receive dependable, personalized care and families feel confident knowing their loved ones are in compassionate hands.

She founded Loving Hearts Home Care One, LLC with one guiding principle: every client deserves to feel valued, respected, safe, and genuinely cared for. As Director, LaToya remains actively involved in the agency’s leadership, quality of care, caregiver standards, and commitment to the families it serves.
